The group of seasoned professionals on the Beechwood Developers Team bring time-tested, industry-specific, knowledge and business experience. The principals of Beechwood Developers Inc., are themselves long-term real estate investors and developers who know the industry from top to bottom. With team members specializing in architecture and design of senior-friendly housing, as well as the planning/development of retirement communities, there are over 150 years of experience on their side.

Senior Life Consultants, Dr. Clyde J. Christmas, President. The Reverend Dr. Clyde J. Christmas, III, retired in July 2004 as Executive Director of Lutheran Retirement Ministries of Alamance County, North Carolina (LRM). LRM operates Twin Lakes Community, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located on 180 acres in Burlington, North Carolina. Dr. Christmas has been responsible for construction and operation of Twin Lakes Community since it opened in Summer, 1983. During his tenure, the campus grew to nearly 600 residents and 250 employees.

Mr. Ralph Lasater, Managing Partner of Community Planning & Architectural Associates (CPAA) of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Mr. Lasater has over 40 years of experience in the design and development profession. He has devoted much of his practice over the last twenty-five years to senior friendly projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

EDA pa, Civil/Site Engineering: EDA pa is an award-winning multi-discipline design firm providing quality, sustainable project design for over 31 years with offices in Raleigh and Morehead City, NC. EDA pa strives to integrate successful sustainable design principles that result in environmentally appropriate, economically viable, and exceptionally functional projects. Led by Raleigh principle, Harrison Ellinwood, PE, LEED AP, Beechwood's project team of George Ellinwood, AIA, PE, Vince Antrilli, and Gavin Davis, RLA draws upon a wealth of community planning, real estate development and site/civil engineering project design experience throughout the Southeastern US.

Mrs. GG Christmas, Secretary/Treasurer Senior Life Consultant Mrs. Christmas brings a unique combination of social work and administrative experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Salem College, majoring in sociology. She later earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Elon University, and is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of North Carolina.

Faith Ott, Senior Marketing Strategist. Faith Ott has over 25 years experience in senior living strategic planning, marketing, branding and sales management. She has worked with every facet of the senior living lifestyle continuum, including Life Care and CCRC Communities, as well as independent living town homes, cottages and apartment buildings, assisted living and memory care assisted living communities, adult day care centers, sub-acute and rehabilitation and longterm care centers, hospice centers and homecare services.

Prem Gupta, Amit Gupta, and Sumit Gupta, are Managing Principles of Beechwood Developers Inc, a subsidiary of OM Management Group (OMMG). OMMG is a family owned and operated business for over 10 years and the principles have extensive experience in business management and real estate development. InterCoastal Realty (ICR) and Saga Construction (SAGA) are two other subsidiaries of OMMG, both headquartered in Nags Head, NC. ICR is a real estate sales and marketing company and SAGA is a fully integrated construction company with an unlimited license focusing on land development and residential/commercial construction. OMMG mainly specializes in resort and lifestyle living, with an increasing focus on Active Adult and Continuum of Care Retirement Communities serving coastal North Carolina and Virginia regions.
